Nette Gallery is a virtual art gallery and marketplace born from a desire to carve out space for work that is surreal, sculptural, ancestral, and emotionally resonant. Our curatorial vision centers Black voices and artists whose work exists beyond the traditional art world—artists who create from memory, loss, transformation, and imagination.

We are especially drawn to dark aesthetics, hair works, drawings, sound, experimental fashion, and sculptural forms that challenge and expand visual language.

Named in honor of a maternal lineage and rooted in intergenerational care, Nette is a space for the speculative, the strange, and the sacred.

As a growing project, Nette Gallery exists online and will evolve into pop-up exhibitions and live events in Downtown Los Angeles. Our mission is to bring artists and communities together through meaningful, transformative encounters with art.
